Accenture used to be a very employee-friendly company. Now, it isn't any more. Hike still is better than others, although the new rating system enabled zero transparency.
Work/Life Balance.
Not so much a hike after the new rating system. Mandatory 9.5 hours, swipe in, swipe out timing. No work from home.
