- Good hikes – if you are among the top 40% of your peer group.
- The peer group is quite young, which makes you feel fresh and enthusiastic, at least when coming to the office.
- Onsite opportunities are high if you have 2-3 years of experience in the same project.
- Many extra-curricular activities at the company level.
- Accept that it is a service company; nepotism is not ruled out.
- There is very little interaction with 'bosses' at the project level, forget at the company level.
- It is important to be on a project. On the bench, things 'can' get worse.
Spare some time to meet associates at your level, below Manager.
