Learning opportunity and developing skills wise, very good.
Gym and transport are free.
Few policies are making growth in the organization at a designation level very slow. Work-life balance is not there at all. Less onsite. Variable pay is imagination. Very strict rules, 3 months notice period.
Please think about 10-hour rules for everyday work. Try to reduce pressure on individual employees.
