You need to work a minimum of 10 hours, otherwise you may be asked to work for 12 hours on a regular basis without overtime pay.

Managers can negatively impact your rating without proper reason, even when you have worked extremely hard. This happens very often and is the main reason most employees leave the organization.

Stop treating employees as just resources. Don't overuse them. Treat them nicely.
