Pros
  1. Active community. Emails about updates, regarding company news, etc., are sent on a regular basis.
  2. Good training grounds for people with little to no experience.
  3. Employee benefits are great.
  4. Diverse employee community.
Cons
  1. The workload is very heavy. Compared to my current company, it's a 1:5 ratio with no work-life balance and a lot of overtime. I'm working from home but work 12-16 hours a day, sometimes even on weekends and holidays.

  2. Politics in some projects exist. I've had two projects for four years, one of which was heavy on politics.

  3. Tenured employees won't have competitive salaries.

Advice to Management

Manage client expectations.

Give employees work-life balance; mental health is real!

Salaries need to move. My new workload is lesser, and I have doubled my salary in my new company.
