- Less office politics.
- Opportunity to learn technology and enhance skills is good.
- Great transport facility for employees.

Too much work pressure at most times, affecting personal and family life.

Compensation is not up to mark if you can't negotiate well at the time of entry.

Training facilities are also not good, especially in certain delivery centers in India.
- Please be a bit more flexible in norms and rules.
- Please don’t evaluate compensation for employees by their negotiation skills rather than their performance in projects.
