The office is new, clean, and stocked with amenities. There is a provision of bus services covering a wide range of routes.
The work ethic needs to be improved. More HR intervention is required to see to it that employees at junior levels are getting the learning opportunities that they want.
Please scrutinize all levels of management and concentrate on performance appraisal equally thoroughly at all levels.
