Good company for experienced, but not for freshers
Respect for individuals, very good employee benefits, and an excellent work culture.
Freshers were not allowed to choose their skills and area of work. Freshers were allocated to projects randomly, irrespective of their skills and interests. I feel very bad about starting my career here.
Should respect the newcomers'/freshers' area of interests and skills.
