Work pressure is high. If a project needs 4 people, they'll allocate only 2 and ask you to finish the work.

Stupid bench process. If you are on the bench, you need to do activities like calling other employees who are on the bench and ask if they are willing for this project; they make you do PMO work. Or you need to do trainings. Only then will you get a WBSE to charge code in your timesheet. Without a WBSE, you cannot enter your timesheet. It is their high, stupid process.

Relocation pressure. If you don't get a project in 30 days, they'll ask you to relocate to Pune or Bangalore, or ask you to resign.
