Very nice company, good environment, and great policies. Employee satisfaction is given much importance, and women's safety is taken care of.
A lot of internal politics, no proper determining of merits. Merit-based recognition was poor.
Please check how individual team managers are taking forward their teams. They are monopolizing the chances and opportunities.
