Not all locations of Accenture are great. Only Bangalore and Mumbai have the real class of work. Other location leads are just stuck with the old traditional way, looking at subordinates as almost their slaves most of the time (exceptions are there, though, but very few).
Try to accenturize lateral hires, as they spoil the environment most of the time.
