Accenture

I completed my interview process very well, but I didn't get an opportunity to work at Accenture. Accenture only recruits females. In my college, out of a total of 600 students, they recruited all the girls and only 8 boys.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. Aptitude and coding, then communications, final technical interview. This interview was not so hard to crack, but they didn't select me. The whole process took around 2 months for me.

The Accenture interview process includes an online application, assessments, HR screening, technical and managerial interviews, followed by a final interview. It evaluates skills, problem-solving abilities, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
