Good MNC culture. Few great projects. Compensation is OK. Various locations throughout India. If you are lucky, you can get a good project.
- The atmosphere was not conducive to growth.
- Most of the projects were support projects.
- Learning opportunities were limited.
The Indian side of Accenture should pull up their socks and act like their US counterparts.
They should improve their professionalism.
