1. Good brand name.

Can't think of any pros anytime.

1. They can throw you out of the company anytime.
2. They don't require any reason to raise a PIP for you and will renew PIP until you leave Accenture.
3. Development, Testing, or anything else will be assigned to you based on luck.
4. Very, very worst treatment of employees.
5. Zero work-life balance.
6. People from Andhra (Golties) will play a lot of politics in your life and will ensure only Golties climb the job ladder.

I am not stereotyping, but this is the bitter truth in Accenture India, mainly in Chennai.

Please consider your employee's career interests and aspirations, and give respect to work-life balance.

Remove Andhra people's politics and save other state people here.
