3. Good place for freshers to start their career.
4. The work culture depends on the project in which you are posted. You can get a project where you will be working 11-12 hours a day, and you can also get a project where you get only 2-3 hours of work per day, both getting the same pay.

1. Work culture is not very friendly.
2. Managers are worried only about the project and clients and don't care about the employees.
3. No additional perks for joining this company, apart from the health insurance coverage which is available by default in all other companies.
4. Restriction on dress code (only for male employees).

It would be better if the environment is made more employee-friendly with some perks.
