Very tough audits and very severe punishments for small errors.

Starting package might not be attractive.

It will suck if the project allocated initially is out of our interest, because initial freshers can’t choose the project. So, if you end up in a wrong stream, it won’t be easy to migrate completely.

Every review and increment involves heavy inside politics.

Reduce the bureaucracy involved in every process. Give equal opportunities for every employee so that the best can come out of them. Reduce the power and influence that the manager has on his subordinates, as HR is pushed to the corner all the time.
