Pay is somewhat okay.
Projects Politics is at its peak internally. Bench is hell. Administrative overhead. Shadowing of leads, so good work is not recognized and higher members take credit. Project allocation mechanism is the worst. If you could impress your superiors, you will shine; work doesn't matter. If you work really well and do 2X work, 4X work will be given. If you do 4X, 8X will be loaded onto you.
Please look into actually who does work and who takes credit for that.
Who work are over-burdened, mostly with multiple roles in the same project.
The feedback systems, grievance system, and other channels are useless when an employee needs help.
