In Chennai hubs, many contractors are hired (max 80%). It's hectic to get one resource trained as their contract period ends before they get ready, and a new contractor comes in.

Maximum testing projects, so can't aim for other companies.
- Can convince the clients for onshore roles.
- Should try to get development projects as well.
- Freshers should be given projects of their wish/skill.
