Great people to work with, great work/life balance (working remotely and in office), and good social events/activities, such as company sports leagues.
Working for solutions has a workhorse feel to it. Employees who start out with Accenture out of college do not get paid anywhere close to competitive rates.
The laddering system when it comes to salary increases and promotions seems to be very sloppy and disorganized.
