Good Company to Work
- First and foremost, all the pros and cons depend on the team and the project you work in.
- In my case, although I have gotten into a production support team, it is the best I can say, as I have had multiple opportunities to learn different technology stacks.
- Third important factor is the team members, and in my case I have had most of the people helping me at the initial phase of the career.
- Overall, I think it was the best decision that I took on joining Accenture.

Like every company and every team, there will be a couple of annoying people, but that doesn't define the nature of the company.

So, you'll have to handle those kinds of people when you try progressing yourself.

Software Engineer
It has 3 rounds. The first is a coding, eliminator round (few basic programming knowledge is important). The second is an English communication round (no elimination). The final round is HR (mostly they'll ask about projects).
