Some coworkers are helpful. Some free swag, if you asked for it. Pluralsight, if you ask for it.
Your direct managers will not tell you what you're going to do. They will place you at a very terrible team if needed.
Recruiting is shady since they don't really tell you what you're going to work on.
Accenture claims to be diverse, but there is no diversity in the technical teams.
Some subcontractors will sabotage your work. There is no teamwork happening, and you'll have some team members who don't communicate properly.
Please, emphasize more on teamwork. When there is no teamwork, the whole team fails. There should be no politics and work sabotage happening at all.
