Good cafeteria. Free coffee/tea. Good facilities.
Open workspaces can be very disturbing. People are on calls all the time. There is no clear path to promotions or salary increases.
Very corporate, most people are dressed in suits (welcome back to 1950).
The Friday bars are also pretty whack.
