Accenture is a great place to start after your college graduation. The company provides two-week training after you join the company and before you join a project. There are plenty of training opportunities throughout your career. The company provides a very good career path for every employee. Each employee has an advisor, and it's true even for the managers. Plenty of team-building activities, such as dining out or traveling with coworkers in the same projects or the same division.
Salary is subpar, and projects require a lot of overtime to finish. The company very strictly follows its software process, and is not flexible enough to follow different development processes and methods based on the nature of the project.
We need to be flexible with software development cycles. We should encourage employees to come up with new ideas and foster innovation within the company. We should also provide better perks to engineers. The original salary decision process needs improvement. We should try to provide fair salaries based on skills, not entirely on what school one has graduated from or what kind of diploma one possesses.
My Accenture interview was smooth and structured. The panel focused on problem-solving, project experience, communication skills, and basic technical concepts. The process felt supportive, professional, and clearly aligned to real-world client work
In-person interview. Questions mainly asked about background and education. They also asked about hobbies. My friend said they watch series. They asked which series, and I replied Game of Thrones. They then asked about the director.
linear, initial process lasting about two weeks. Online application, then HR call of at least thirty minutes: who you are, why here, and other standard questions. Second round: technical interview of about an hour with an analyst and an engineer.
