Behavior and IQ test. The first round was a behavior and IQ test, then moved to the technical interview. Later, I got a callback with a job offer, however, I declined due to another offer on the table. Overall, it was pretty straightforward.

The panel is good, not bad. They asked good questions and answered well, but timing is the problem. The questions were lengthy but answerable. It was quite good, not bad. I was selected later and felt bad.

Interview related to Java / J2EE technology. Technical interview 1 and technical interview second round. There may be manager and HR rounds as well. Looking for further steps and process. Let's see how it will be.
