Pros

The training at GFT has been one of the best things when compared to other companies. I remember at other service-based companies who do not spend on training the employees as a way of cutting costs. There's a difference between startups and companies of this size not involved in training.

Indulge in new technologies on your own interest.

Cons

You don't get to choose what you want to work as, as an ASE.

Bad management will always motivate an employee to quit.

Certifications are essential, and so is the budget based on requirement.

Advice to Management

Discrimination in work facilities.

Innovation Hub is by far the best facility and can't be compared to any other facilities.

Promotion to the next level is 21 months.

It was exactly a year all this time, and now the rule is another cost-cutting technique.

Be wise in getting the right PMOs; these are the creatures who hire the worst person to a development project and a good developer into a support project.
