Pros

Accenture's leaders get there by treating other people like garbage because they were treated like garbage and somehow survived. It’s a vicious, nasty, cutthroat environment that trains people to stab their way up the ladder. Literally. Normal, kind humans leave there ASAP; the meanest and most hurt stay. It’s all BS all the time. Accenture’s business is profit over humanity. They are the country’s largest H1B mill, taking tech, HR, and other jobs from citizens on the daily. They teach companies how to act like animals and increase profits at the cost of goodwill and common decency. Accenture will sell out to the highest foreign interest bidder no matter how bad it will be for the host country, especially America.

Cons

If they see you as some kind of threat, legal or otherwise, or they consider you to be smarter than average, after you leave, they will stalk you electronically.

The goal is to discredit you.

They will blacklist you and try to stop you from getting jobs in your field where you could bad mouth them or gain credibility.

I literally caught my former leads calling my new employers and stalking my LinkedIn to see what jobs I applied to and where I was working.

I blocked them, but they hacked into my profile multiple times.

They will try to keep you from getting certain jobs, and will try to get you fired by slandering you.

Few people are willing to come forward and tell you that they have been contacted and ask to hear your side of things, and, of course, they say, “Please don’t say anything, we just wanted to warn you….”

They also do “favors” if they must.

It is very hard to prove, but not impossible.

They anger a lot of people, and those people start to talk.

I also think that they may be involved in foreign government interests counter to the well-being of the USA. They have a lot of foreign investors and high security access to U.S. Government systems.

They will also try to get access to individual intellectual capital if they think it can profit Accenture, those that they answer to, and/or worker bees.

Aside from all of that, the group I worked with was literally the creepiest, most controlling, psychopathic-led organization I’ve ever worked for in my entire life.

Advice to Management

Leave current and former employees alone.

Get right before you kick.

Read Dale Carnegie.

Get a lot of therapy; you need it.

Karma is coming, whether you like it or not. You can’t bribe, divert, distract, slander, trick, or bullshit Karma. It’s a universal law; you get back everything you dish out in this world, whether it’s good or bad. So enjoy that.

I can’t speak to Julie Sweet because I never met her and who knows what nonsense she is being fed. My comments are directed towards those I did know and the overall vibe of the organization as a whole from news reports and their involvement with “training” and covering up for large companies like Meta and taking over big HR departments, etc. (they recently took over UPS HR nationwide).

There are some shady dealings going on, and no matter what they say, or how much they lie about it, they have been involved in some very large, dark events in this country for a very long time.
