Your whole work life depends on the type of project you are in. I have been lucky to work in multiple projects, so that's why I have seen the good, bad, and ugly side of it. The company is known for its work culture and has a good brand name.
Some projects and managements are like a deadlock. You can't learn new things, and you can't go anywhere. You have to stick to the same work, management politics, etc.
More processes to monitor the management itself. Remember, the majority of employees leave the company not because of poor pay, work culture, or benefits; they leave due to poor management.
