I wish management would spend less time telling us how "unconsciously" broken we are, give just occasional pep talks about treating everyone fairly, and spend more money on showing acts of kindness and compassion. Fairness, equity, and yet limiting the endless training videos. The training videos constantly show us negative examples instead of more positive ones.
