Good culture but bad pay
The environment and culture are positive and welcoming. It can be hybrid or WFH without having to go to the office, depending on your team. The people are very nice. It can be chill, depending on your projects.
The pay is absurdly bad and way below average. Promotions are way too hard to get, and the raises are so low they are a joke.
