Good Fresher Start, Job Security Iffy
I started to work at Accenture as a fresher.
I was selected off-campus.
The interview process mainly takes one day. The questions asked in the interview are very easy. They just see your confidence level.
One of the best things is the hike as a fresher. After one year, you will get a good hike, but after that, you have to struggle.
I think there is no downside to Accenture. It is a good place to work.
But like other service-based companies, sometimes you may be the victim of politics. So, after getting an offer letter and working there, never be sure that your job is secure.
