Good company for both freshers and laterals. The annual hike is good. The work environment is good, and work-life balance is good.
The variable pay structure is not good and not transparent at all. Even if you work more than 100% and the company's expected profit is more than 100%, the variable pay won't be near that.
Please improve and make the variable pay structure transparent. Whenever we ask HR, all we get to know is that many factors and formulas exist that we never get to understand.
