Great place for freshers to start. Very efficient top management. Good work culture in most of the projects. Good brand value.
Relatively less salary. Imbalanced work and personal life many a times. Very stringent HR policies (3 months notice, etc.). Relocation no guarantee. Less resources and more work in most of the projects.
Salaries should be revised.
Perhaps more resources could be taken onto projects to reduce the burden on each resource.
But it's still a great place to work otherwise. I really enjoyed it!
