Flexible work timings and a great work environment are some of the perks of working for Accenture. Besides this, the quality of work adds to your resume.
The pay is a little on the lower end, and onsite opportunities are few and far between. Bureaucracy at local offices and the use of local languages are common and hence difficult for outsiders.
Should concentrate on the lower half of the pyramid and not lose its identity and core values.
Work-life balance should be given more value.
