We Indians also have families, and we also deserve a proper happy weekend.
One of my friends works from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
That means 9 hours officially, but she is sometimes made to work till 11:30 p.m.
This is the situation in Hyderabad, a very bad situation.
And she is also working Saturdays and Sundays if the work is not completed.
Only Americans deserve it, we Indians don't. Why?
I thought Accenture gave equal rights to everyone.
