Not to the point and not executed perfectly. Most of my friends don't know the syntax of Java or any other programming language, yet they got selected. So I don't prefer their recruiting efficiently.

After the test, a communication interview followed with a technical interview. The interviewer mostly asked about projects and a few technical questions and details on your resume. It was a 20-25 minute long interview and asked questions in Java.
