- Disgusting HR and Hiring team (Period.)
- No active learning and career growth (I give you my word on that)
- Unsurprisingly bad work culture (if you are a sycophant, you might enjoy it!)
It is a never-ending list, but the above are the major ones.
Too few good people in the top tier of management.
It is time to change the management (TL, AM, Managers, DU Leads). These are the people making the company a joke. And please, please, please stop lying to the new joiners (ASEs) who are at the beginning of their career, at least.
