Good work environment. Helping team (based on projects). Good policies for women's security.
The only negative thing is that a resource is restricted to working in only one technology. If required, they should work on multiple technologies. In some cases, this helps a resource gain more knowledge, but for freshers, it doesn't help in any way. Moreover, the resource won't even get knowledge in either technology.
