Good people, good work environment. Work-life balance depends from project to project. A good organization to start a career.
Beware of politics going around. Be aware of people who can take advantage of you anytime. Try not to indulge in any kind of dispute with management.
Try not to lose people who are working hard, rather than buttering up superiors to get things done in their favor. Try to remove people from higher management who are keen to equalize disputes, even with people way below their rank, by ruining their careers.
