Internal politics. My team leader belongs to one part of India, and in Zoom calls, they speak their language instead of English. Multiple times, I have complained about this, and no one took it seriously as I was a newcomer. Even the KT (knowledge transfer) sessions also happen in their language; very unfortunate for me.
Try to have more one-on-one sessions with newcomers or any members in the team to understand their concerns.
