Good Company, Pay Needs Work
Best place to work. As an Accenture employee, you will get all your needs met. Salary hikes are good compared to other service-based companies. The intention of core values at Accenture is very good, as they convey that all employees should give respect to each other, and demonstrate integrity, stewardship, etc.
There are no major cons apart from legacy projects it still deals with and some unwanted policies. The pay structure should be improved; you offered a big amount, but you actually get very little take-home pay. Hikes have decreased now due to recent changes in policy.
Please improve the pay structure and decommission the old project, which involves work and support on legacy technologies.
