1. The work culture is great if your colleagues are working for Accenture from the start.
2. There are a lot of parties to socialize with your colleagues (depending on the project).
3. Rewards: I converted my Accenture points to a Rs15,000 Amazon voucher before leaving.

1. Restricted pay scale even though you perform extraordinarily.

2. Sometimes good employees are put into a PIP (performance improvement program). One of my colleagues left Accenture after clearing a PIP exam.

3. Low onsite opportunity as Accenture has offices all around the world.

4. Most lateral employees do not follow Accenture guidelines and business ethics, thus creating a very unhealthy environment for their subordinates.

Please promote internal promotions rather than hiring from outside, resulting in employee loyalty.

I know a manager who brought his wife and sister onto the same project. He was the manager of his wife and sister also. Really funny.

Although later, the husband and wife moved to the US with the same project, leaving their sister behind. HAHA.
