There are some good projects where you can learn a lot as a fresher.
Projects with good career growth or learning are fewer in number.
Salary hikes are limited and depend on pleasing managers rather than talent.
If you join as a fresher, unless you get a good project with a learning perspective, you would be doing repetitive tasks.
Please use people effectively, giving them opportunities as per their skills.
Give recognition as per talent.
