Accenture is an average company. Free transportation is provided, which is good. Year-end hikes range from 10 to 15 percent.
The pay scale could be better, as it's not matching the workload.
Apart from this, I don’t find any cons.
Please give equal importance to all employers, as each one contributes to the company.
