I have been working for 1.5 years.

• Huge projects are available and segregated domain-wise.
• Buildings and infrastructures are good all over the branches in India.
• New technologies in the market are available, but limited to very few projects.
• Lots of events.

1. Recruiting HR's responses are the worst. They never give prompt replies, and the internal referral portal fails to select employees 90% of the time. They always call and get only information. Even if a position is open, employees never get a chance for an interview.

2. Changing projects or domains is extremely hard or impossible (70% of the time). Managers never allow employees to explore changes or wishes. Employees always need to stick to one client.

3. Variable pay is literally of no use. You hardly get 30% of what they mentioned.

Please allow the employee to be relieved from the project if he asks for a roll-off.
