Recruiting HR's responses are the worst. They never give prompt replies, and the internal referral portal fails to select employees 90% of the time. They always call and get only information. Even if a position is open, employees never get a chance for an interview.
Changing projects or domains is extremely hard or impossible (70% of the time). Managers never allow employees to explore changes or wishes. Employees always need to stick to one client.
Variable pay is literally of no use. You hardly get 30% of what they mentioned.
Please allow the employee to be relieved from the project if he asks for a roll-off.
