Work culture is good, but that totally depends on your project. Some projects make your life hell.
Variable pay is to increase your package, but you won't get much.
No employee value until you start doing boot polishing and saying "YES BOSS."
9.5 hours are mandatory to stay in the office. Crazy people track these things.
They won't listen if you want to move to another project or location.
HRs are useless people. If you go and ask for help, they will treat you like they are paying you from their own pocket.
Notice period is 3 months.
HRs are damn bad in Accenture. They won't listen or help you in any case.
Listen to your low-level resources' expectations, because only low-level resources work at Accenture. All SSEs above are just waste.
