Good learning opportunities
Onshore opportunities
Too many layers in the organization structure.

It was a coding round, and I was given a DSA question to reverse a linked list. I needed to write the code and explain the approach. Since the role was for a Java developer, it was required to write the code in Java.
In the interview process, they asked about the basics of programming languages like C, Python, Java, and SQL. They also asked mainly about our B.Tech project, to explain the project, its goal, and aim, and what technologies were used.
Two interview rounds were scheduled. Both were technical: one telephonic and one in person. Both were quite easy to answer. Basic knowledge was tested. After a few days, I received a call from HR for salary discussion.
