Management is good. They have a professional approach. Salary and benefits are good too. The leave policy is good and consistent.
Work culture depends on the client. In my case, it was DELL, which was good and professional.
Sometimes work can be hectic, but that is the case with all companies.
Accenture is a good company to work for.
