Pros
  • Provides good training to equip employees with the right skills.
  • Career growth.
  • There are good projects too, depending on the client.
  • If you're assigned to great projects, you can meet great employees who can become great friends.
  • You'll be very marketable after leaving the company.
Cons
  • Your promotion is not solely based on how you perform according to your job description but also based on extra-curricular activities (i.e. if you've been involved in a lot of organizations and activities like tree planting, social activities, and many more).
  • Employees bad-mouthing their leads/managers.
  • Leaders have favoritisms.
  • Employees are required to work for 10 hours a day (in reality, employees work for more than 10 hours just to reach deadlines).
