Poor leadership leading to bad ratings
Transport is good. Some people are excellent knowledge-wise.
The company has very lame people in leadership. They are not right in their judgment while rating employees. One rated the poorest, and my friend got her termination letter due to a Team Lead. The HR is also very non-responsive, as are the upper-level employees. They simply don't care if they mistakenly snatch away someone's job.
Bad rating system. Some TLs are just too rash in rating to take personal revenge.
