Accenture is good and provides all facilities to employees so that they can work efficiently.
AM and SM just said that they will help to upskill and support me in changing teams, but that was not the case with me. It's subjective and depends on team to team.
Help the freshers so they don't feel lost and get trapped into doing non-technical work.
